The value for money at Pretty Backpackers House was excellent - clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. The location was convenient and the staff treated me like family.
The breakfast offerings could use a little less pepper.

I had an extraordinary time during my Christmas stay at this hostel! The family running the place were super friendly and made me feel right at home. They even decorated a Christmas tree, which made me feel the holiday spirit. The dorms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious, and I loved that they provided big beds and nice blankets. The family dinner in the evening was absolutely delicious and brought everyone together. It was a great way to meet other travelers and share a meal. the hostel was located in a prime spot, close to all the main attractions, which made exploring the city so convenient. I couldn't have asked for a better experience during my Christmas stay.
While my overall experience was amazing, there were a couple of minor things that could be improved. I wish they had curtains for the beds for a bit more privacy, even though they did provide sheets to hang up.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient location, delicious meals, helpful recommendations. Snug blankets, personal chargers, and light stations at beds. Great atmosphere and trust between guests and owners. Immersive family dinner experience.

My stay at Pretty Backpackers House was amazing. The host was incredibly gracious and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and check out late. The homemade banana and pineapple jam served for breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, even preparing a fresh towel without me asking. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, with a trusting environment where guests could write down their own drinks. The family dinner was a highlight, with singing, dancing, and delicious food. The location was convenient, close to the night market. The rooms were clean and the rooftop was a nice bonus. I highly recommend this hostel for its warm hospitality and comfortable stay.

Delicious breakfasts and dinner served. Knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly staff. Great recommendations for tours and activities. Very, very clean property and comfortable with top ventilation allowing air to flow freely through the property. Private bathrooms and showers. Finally, comfortable bed and spacious rooms! The women who work at the hostel is really friendly and welcoming. The staff received us really friendly, inviting us to tea and cookies. Free city map and staff showed us the main sights to visit on the map. Good location near the night market. Clean rooms. Nice rooftop.
Everything is what i need and want.

The owners at this backpacker's hostel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The beds were comfortable, and despite some minor stains on the bedsheets, the rest of the place was spotlessly clean. The sanitary facilities were exceptional, with plenty of clean and private bathrooms available. The staff provided great information and advice, and even homemade jam for breakfast. The beautiful rooftop was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view.
The mattresses on the beds were a little hard, but this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience.

We stayed at Pretty Backpackers House and we were fully satisfied. The 8 bed dorm was clean, with spacious beds and nice blankets. The bathrooms, although shared by 8 people, were also kept very clean. We especially enjoyed the family dinner in the evening, which not only offered delicious food but also provided a great opportunity to meet and connect with other travelers. The hostel had a warm and cozy atmosphere, particularly during Christmas when the whole family decorated a tree, making us feel right at home. Throughout our 4-week journey in Vietnam, this was the best place we stayed in. We highly recommend it!
Nothing, all great! 😊
